We use calculated shipping (instead of “free” shipping that is added to the price of the item) to allow customers from all over the world to enjoy our products at the best prices. Rates are based on weight, destination and service. Weight includes the weight of the product(s) and packaging materials. There are a variety of options for carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) and services (Standard, Express, etc.) for your selection.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, so please take handling time into account. USPS/UPS shipping times are calculated from the time the item was shipped, after processing time. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or U.S. national holidays.
During high volume of orders (mainly during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few more days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped and where possible we can provide a tracking number.
We take pride in how we pack our products. However, please take into consideration that sometimes damage to packages may occur during shipping.
If a product has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and email photographs to: email@example.com We will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim for you. Save all packaging materials and the damaged package and its contents, as the postal service may want to inspect it.
